1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wishlily, developed by Stable Barn Technologies.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Wishlily, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

2. Description of the Application

Wishlily is a personal inspiration, affirmation, manifestation, gratitude, journaling, and wellness organization application.

Features may include:

• Daily affirmations and affirmation collections

• Wish and goal tracking

• Vision boards

• Gratitude and personal journaling

• Guided reflection and scripting prompts

• Monthly reset activities

• Relaxation and visualization exercises

• The 3-6-9 manifestation ritual

• Personalized affirmation cards

• "Open When..." letters and envelopes

• Personal progress and activity summaries

Features may change or evolve through application updates.

3. Personal Use License

Subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules, Stable Barn Technologies grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use Wishlily for lawful personal purposes on compatible devices.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the application's proprietary software or bundled content except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Purchase and Payment

Wishlily may be offered as a one-time paid application through the Apple App Store or another authorized distribution platform.

Purchases, payments, and refunds are handled by the applicable app marketplace under its rules and applicable law.

Wishlily does not require an in-app subscription or additional in-app purchases to access its included functionality.

Purchasing Wishlily does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

5. No Account Required

Wishlily is designed for use without creating a personal account.

Your personal content is generally stored locally on your device rather than synchronized through a Stable Barn Technologies user account.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any exported backups.

6. User-Created Content

You retain ownership of the original personal content you create within Wishlily, including your journal entries, personal affirmations, wishes, goals, photographs, and reflections.

You are responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring that you have the right to use any images or other materials you add.

Stable Barn Technologies does not claim ownership of your original personal journal content.

7. Data Storage, Backups and Loss

Wishlily is designed to store personal content locally on your device.

Where available, manual backup and restore features are provided for your convenience.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information you wish to preserve.

Data may be lost due to device failure, operating system changes, application removal, storage clearing, file corruption, or other circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Stable Barn Technologies is not responsible for losses arising from failure to maintain independent backups.

8. Wellness and Manifestation Disclaimer

Wishlily is intended for personal inspiration, reflection, relaxation, and general wellness.

Affirmations, manifestation exercises, visualization activities, and journaling prompts are not guarantees of particular results.

Wishlily does not guarantee improvements in health, relationships, finances, career opportunities, or other personal outcomes.

The application is not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional services.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Wishlily application, including its software, visual design, branding, original bundled affirmations, guided exercises, prompts, illustrations, and other proprietary materials, belongs to Stable Barn Technologies or its licensors.

You may use included materials within the application's intended functionality.

You may not reproduce or commercially distribute substantial portions of the application's proprietary content without permission, except as permitted by law.

10. Sharing Features

Wishlily may provide tools for sharing affirmation cards or other content through your device's sharing functionality.

You are responsible for selecting recipients and destinations.

Once content is shared outside Wishlily, Stable Barn Technologies cannot control how recipients or third-party applications use that information.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Wishlily for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the application's operation or security.

• Distribute malicious code through application-related services.

• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

• Misrepresent Wishlily as providing professional healthcare or guaranteed personal outcomes.

12. Application Availability and Updates

We may release updates to improve performance, address bugs, enhance security, or adjust features.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or perpetual support for older operating systems.

Some technical functions may require access to underlying platform services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wishlily is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every individual purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stable Barn Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Wishlily.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of locally stored content, missed personal goals, or inability to access the application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Termination

You may stop using Wishlily at any time by removing the application from your device.

Your license may terminate if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Termination does not automatically remove backup files or content you previously exported or shared.

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you download Wishlily through Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.

These Terms are between you and Stable Barn Technologies, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting Wishlily, except as required under applicable marketplace terms or law.

Where Apple's required minimum terms apply, those terms remain effective.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect application changes, legal requirements, or business updates.

Updated Terms will be posted on our official website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Wishlily after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
