Stable Barn Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the PR Closet mobile application (“PR Closet” or the “App”).

PR Closet is designed to help content creators organize PR packages, gifted products, creator collaborations, brand relationships, content obligations, deadlines, payment information, usage-rights notes, and related creator information.

1. Information We Collect

PR Closet does not require you to create an account, username, or profile to use the App.

We do not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, social media credentials, or other identifying information to access the App's standard functionality.

You may voluntarily enter or save information including:

• Brand names

• Product names

• Product or package photos

• Product categories

• PR package information

• Campaign information

• Brand contact information

• Creator collaboration information

• Content requirements

• Deliverables

• Due dates

• Notes

• Links and URLs

• Affiliate links or discount codes

• Product ratings or opinions

• Storage locations

• Payment amounts and payment-status information

• Invoice dates

• Usage-rights information

• Content-posting records

• Other information you choose to enter

This information is provided voluntarily for your own organizational purposes.

2. Local App Data

PR Closet is designed to store user-created information locally on your device whenever possible.

Stable Barn Technologies does not use your locally stored PR or collaboration information to create advertising profiles, sell information about you, or monitor your creator activity.

Because PR Closet does not require an account, locally stored information may not automatically synchronize between devices and may not be recoverable if the App is deleted, your device is lost or damaged, or App data is erased.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of information you consider important.

3. Brand and Contact Information

PR Closet may allow you to manually save information about brands or brand representatives, such as names, email addresses, social handles, websites, or other contact information.

This information is entered by you for your personal organizational use.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter, store, or use complies with applicable privacy laws and other legal requirements.

PR Closet does not independently contact brands or brand representatives on your behalf.

4. Photos and Photo Library

PR Closet may allow you to add photographs of products, PR packages, or other reference materials.

If access to your photo library is required, the App will request permission when you choose to use a feature requiring that access.

If PR Closet provides the option to take a photograph using your device's camera, camera access should be requested only when you choose that feature.

PR Closet does not require photo-library or camera access for its basic organizational functionality.

5. Social Media Accounts

PR Closet does not require you to connect your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon, or other social or creator accounts.

The App does not require access to your:

• Social media passwords

• Private messages

• Followers

• Social media analytics

• Social media credentials

If you voluntarily save a social media URL, handle, post link, or other reference, that information is used for your organizational purposes.

PR Closet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Email Accounts

PR Closet does not require access to your email account.

The App does not automatically read your emails, brand communications, or direct messages.

If you manually enter information from a brand email, message, or agreement into PR Closet, that information is treated as user-provided organizational data.

7. Payment Information

PR Closet may allow you to manually record information related to creator payments, including:

• Collaboration amount

• Invoice status

• Invoice date

• Payment due date

• Payment status

• Date payment was received

• Related notes

PR Closet does not require connection to your bank account, payment processor, credit card, or other financial account.

Payment-tracking information entered into the App is intended only as a personal organizational record.

PR Closet is not an accounting, bookkeeping, banking, payroll, or tax service.

8. Usage Rights and Contract Information

PR Closet may allow you to manually record information regarding usage rights or collaboration terms, including dates, duration, organic use, paid advertising use, whitelisting, Spark Ads, or other terms.

This feature exists only to help you organize information.

Stable Barn Technologies does not review your contracts, determine your legal rights, verify agreement terms, or provide legal advice.

9. Affiliate Information

PR Closet may allow you to save affiliate links, discount codes, commission notes, or similar information for your own reference.

The App does not automatically access affiliate accounts or retrieve earnings unless such functionality is expressly introduced and disclosed in a future version.

10. Advertising and Tracking

PR Closet does not contain third-party advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your PR Closet content for behavioral advertising.

PR Closet is not designed to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

11. Purchases

PR Closet may be offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store.

PR Closet does not require a subscription or in-app purchase to access its standard functionality.

App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Stable Barn Technologies does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's own privacy practices and terms.

12. External Links

PR Closet may allow users to save or open links to brand websites, social media posts, products, affiliate pages, campaigns, or other third-party resources.

Stable Barn Technologies does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their privacy practices, security, availability, or content.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective policies and terms.

13. Notifications

PR Closet may offer optional local reminders for information such as:

• Content deadlines

• Payment due dates

• Usage-rights expiration dates

• Expected packages

If notifications are available, permission will be requested before they are enabled.

You may manage notification permissions through your device settings.

The App remains usable without enabling notifications.

14. Children's Privacy

PR Closet is designed for content creators and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through account registration because PR Closet does not require account creation.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

15. Data Retention

Information stored locally within PR Closet generally remains on your device until you edit or delete it, use Delete All App Data, remove the App, or the information is otherwise removed through device or operating-system processes.

Because PR Closet does not require an account, Stable Barn Technologies may not possess a server-side copy capable of restoring deleted information.

16. Deleting Your Data

PR Closet provides a Delete All App Data option within Settings.

Using this feature may permanently delete locally stored information including:

• PR packages

• Products

• Product photos

• Brands

• Brand contacts

• Campaigns

• Deliverables

• Deadlines

• Collaboration information

• Payment records

• Usage-rights notes

• Affiliate information

• Content records

• Preferences

• Other locally stored App information

Deletion may be irreversible.

PR Closet does not require account creation; therefore, there is no PR Closet user account that must be separately deleted.

17. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to design PR Closet with privacy and security in mind.

However, no device, software application, electronic-storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security protections on your device.

Because PR Closet may contain business or collaboration information, users should use appropriate device security such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID where available.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or applicable requirements.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date above will be revised.

Continued use of PR Closet following an update constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
