Creator Sidekick Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Creator Sidekick mobile application (“Creator Sidekick” or the “App”), provided by Stable Barn Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Creator Sidekick, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

## 1. Purpose of Creator Sidekick

Creator Sidekick is a personal organization and planning tool designed to help content creators organize information such as:

- Content ideas

- Filming plans

- Shot lists

- B-roll ideas

- Hooks

- Audience questions

- Saved inspiration

- Preparation lists

- Notes

- Links

- Creator-related organizational information

Creator Sidekick is intended as an organizational tool only.

We do not guarantee that using Creator Sidekick will increase followers, views, engagement, revenue, sponsorships, sales, or social media performance.

## 2. No Account Required

Creator Sidekick does not require users to create an account or username to access its standard functionality.

Because no Creator Sidekick account is required, information stored locally on your device may not automatically synchronize with or transfer to another device.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of any information that is important to you.

## 3. App Purchase

Creator Sidekick may be offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store.

The App is not intended to require a recurring subscription or separate in-app purchase for its standard functionality.

App Store purchases, billing, refunds, and related transactions are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

## 4. User Content

You may enter or store content within Creator Sidekick, including text, images, links, notes, ideas, and other information (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of User Content complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of another person or organization.

Creator Sidekick does not grant you ownership of third-party content merely because you save a reference, screenshot, link, or note relating to that content.

## 5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

Creator Sidekick may allow users to save inspiration or references to content found on third-party platforms.

You are responsible for respecting copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, and other intellectual-property rights.

The ability to save a link, screenshot, note, idea, or reference within Creator Sidekick does not grant permission to copy, publish, distribute, monetize, or otherwise use third-party material.

Users are responsible for determining whether they have appropriate rights or permission before using third-party material in their own content.

## 6. Social Media Platforms

Creator Sidekick is an independent organizational application.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Creator Sidekick and Stable Barn Technologies are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, or other third-party platforms referenced within the App.

All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

## 7. External Links

Creator Sidekick may allow users to save or open external links.

Stable Barn Technologies does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, social media services, products, information, security, availability, or content.

Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

## 8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Creator Sidekick to:

- Violate applicable laws or regulations

- Infringe intellectual-property rights

- Store or distribute unlawful content

- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the App

- Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law

- Use the App to facilitate fraudulent or malicious activity

- Misrepresent your relationship with Stable Barn Technologies

## 9. Creator Responsibility

Creator Sidekick provides tools for organization and planning.

You remain solely responsible for:

- Content you create or publish

- Accuracy of information you enter

- Social media posts

- Statements or claims made in your content

- Required advertising or sponsorship disclosures

- Copyright and trademark compliance

- Platform-rule compliance

- Brand or sponsorship obligations

- Applicable laws and regulations

Creator Sidekick does not review or approve content before publication.

## 10. No Professional Advice

Information and features provided through Creator Sidekick are for organizational and informational purposes.

Creator Sidekick does not provide legal, financial, tax, business, marketing, advertising, or other professional advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice when necessary.

## 11. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, discontinue, or replace features of Creator Sidekick from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that the App will be compatible with every device or operating-system version indefinitely.

## 12. Data Loss

Although Creator Sidekick is designed to provide reliable organizational functionality, data loss can occur due to circumstances including device failure, deletion, operating-system changes, software errors, loss of a device, or removal of the App.

Stable Barn Technologies does not guarantee that locally stored information can be recovered.

Users should maintain separate copies of information they consider important.

## 13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creator Sidekick is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every user's particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

## 14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stable Barn Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to use of Creator Sidekick.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses related to lost data, lost content, missed posting opportunities, social media performance, business opportunities, revenue, or third-party services.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

## 15. Termination of Use

You may stop using Creator Sidekick at any time.

You may delete locally stored information using the App's Delete All App Data feature and may remove the App from your device.

We reserve the right to discontinue Creator Sidekick or restrict use when reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, or address misuse.

## 16. Apple App Store

If you download Creator Sidekick through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple terms.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Creator Sidekick except as required under Apple's applicable terms or law.

## 17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms will be revised.

Your continued use of Creator Sidekick after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
