Polish Pocket Privacy Policy

Polish Pocket (“the App”) is designed to help users organize nail polish collections, nail inspiration, nail sets, products, press-on nails, appointments, expenses, routines, journal entries, sizing information, contacts, photos, and other nail-related information.

Your privacy is important to us. Polish Pocket was designed to keep your personal content private and stored locally on your device.

1. Information We Collect

Polish Pocket does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal information or user-created content.

The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.

Information you choose to enter into Polish Pocket may include:

• Nail polish and product information

• Nail inspiration and saved ideas

• Nail sets and press-on nail information

• Nail sizes and measurements

• Appointments

• Salon or nail technician information

• Expenses

• Nail care routines

• Journal entries and notes

• Contact information you manually enter

• Photos you choose to add

• Other information you voluntarily enter into the App

This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

2. Photos

Polish Pocket allows you to select and save photos as part of your personal nail organization and planning.

Photos are processed and compressed on your device and stored locally. Polish Pocket does not upload your photos to our servers or maintain a cloud copy of them.

You control which photos you choose to add to the App.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Polish Pocket does not require or support user accounts.

There is no registration, login, user profile, or cloud account associated with your use of the App.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Polish Pocket does not use third-party advertising networks, behavioral advertising, tracking technologies, or user analytics to monitor your activity.

We do not use your information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

5. Artificial Intelligence

Polish Pocket does not send your content to artificial intelligence or large language model services for processing.

6. Technical App Requests

The technology used to deliver Polish Pocket may make a limited technical request to retrieve public application settings necessary for the app environment.

This request does not include the content you create in Polish Pocket, your photos, nail information, journal entries, appointments, expenses, contacts, or other information stored within the App.

Like most internet communications, the service handling a technical request may temporarily receive standard connection information, such as an IP address, as necessary to complete the request. Polish Pocket does not use this request to build a user profile, track users, or provide advertising.

7. Local Data Storage

Your Polish Pocket content is stored locally on your device.

Because your information is stored locally, deleting the App, resetting your device, losing your device, or certain device or operating-system changes may result in the loss of your information.

You are responsible for maintaining any personal backups you consider necessary.

8. Deleting Your Data

Polish Pocket includes a Delete All App Data function that allows you to erase the information stored by the App on your device.

Because Polish Pocket does not maintain user accounts or store your App content on our servers, there is no separate server-side account or cloud data for us to delete.

Uninstalling the App may also remove locally stored App data, subject to your device and operating-system behavior.

9. Purchases

Polish Pocket is offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store.

The App does not contain subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising purchases, or external payment processing.

Purchases and related payment information are processed by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. Polish Pocket does not receive or store your complete payment card information.

10. Third-Party Links

The App may allow you to save or open links to external websites or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or availability of third-party websites or services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective policies and terms.

11. Children's Privacy

Polish Pocket is a general-audience application and is not specifically directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

12. Data Security

Because your Polish Pocket content remains locally on your device, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device.

We encourage you to use appropriate device security measures, such as a device passcode, Face ID, or other protections provided by your device.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Polish Pocket, applicable requirements, or our privacy practices.

When we make changes, we may update the Effective Date shown at the top of this policy.
