Baby Shower Tracker

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Baby Shower Tracker (the "App"), developed and published by Stable Barn Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. License
Subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Stable Barn Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Baby Shower Tracker on Apple devices that you own or control.
This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2. App Purchase
Baby Shower Tracker is sold as a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store.
Your purchase is processed entirely by Apple.
Any questions regarding billing, payment, refunds, or purchase history should be directed to Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.
3. Ownership
The App, including its design, software, graphics, icons, text, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Stable Barn Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing the App does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the App to:
Organize baby shower gifts
Track thank-you notes
Store gift-related information
Manage events
Record storage locations
Track returns and exchanges
Use other features provided within the App
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Copy or redistribute the App
Modify or reverse engineer the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Remove copyright or trademark notices
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the normal operation of the App
6. User Data
Information you enter into the App belongs to you.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important information stored within the App.
Stable Barn Technologies is not responsible for the loss of data resulting from:
Device damage
Device replacement
Deletion of the App
iOS updates
User error
Failure to back up your device
7. Updates
We may periodically release updates to improve the App, fix bugs, enhance security, or introduce new features.
Some updates may be required for continued compatibility with future versions of iOS.
8. Availability
While we strive to keep the App available and functioning properly, we do not guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or error.
The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. No Warranty
Baby Shower Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stable Barn Technologies disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stable Barn Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Privacy
Your use of Baby Shower Tracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services
Baby Shower Tracker operates on Apple's iOS platform.
Certain features may rely on Apple services, including:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Apple App Store Notice
These Terms are between you and Stable Barn Technologies, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App beyond those required under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Apple shall have no warranty obligations with respect to the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
