Terms and Conditions for Baby Shower Thank You Tracker

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Baby Shower Thank You Tracker ("the App"), developed and published by Stable Barn Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes.
The App and its intellectual property remain the property of Stable Barn Technologies LLC or its licensors.
2. App Purchase
The App is offered as a one-time paid download through Apple's App Store.
Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.
The App does not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.
3. Accounts and Access
An account is required to use the App.
Users may register using supported authentication methods, including email and password and, where available, third-party authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and not access another person's account without authorization.
4. App Functionality
The App provides tools to:
Organize gifts and gift-givers.
Track thank-you notes and completion progress.
Manage baby shower events.
Record gift storage locations.
Track returns, exchanges, gift cards, and related information.
Generate optional AI-assisted thank-you note drafts.
Export supported application records.
Features may be modified, improved, or discontinued as the App evolves.
5. User Information and Cloud Storage
Information you enter into the App is stored in a cloud database provided through Base44 and associated with your account.
An internet connection is required for account authentication and access to cloud-stored records.
You retain responsibility for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining copies of records important to you.
The App provides certain data export functionality, but uninterrupted access or successful export on every device is not guaranteed.
6. AI-Generated Content
The App offers an optional AI-assisted thank-you note generator.
Generated text is provided as a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving messages before using or sharing them.
AI-generated text may contain errors or inappropriate wording and should not be relied upon without review.
Use of this feature is subject to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Interfere with the App's normal operation.
Upload or enter content that infringes another person's rights.
Reverse engineer or redistribute the App except where permitted by applicable law.
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Base44 for hosting, authentication, cloud storage, and AI functionality, and supported authentication and font services.
The availability of certain features may depend on these providers and your internet connection.
App Store purchases are subject to Apple's applicable terms.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, gift records, contact details, and other information are processed.

10. Account and Data Deletion
You may delete individual records through supported App functionality.
You may permanently delete your account and associated application records through More → Delete Account.
Account deletion cannot be undone.
Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete your cloud-stored account or records.
11. Availability and Updates
We may update the App to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or performance.
We do not guarantee that the App or third-party services will be continuously available or free from interruptions.
12. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stable Barn Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security threats, or legal obligations.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes occur, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice where required.

18. Apple App Store Notice
These Terms are between you and Stable Barn Technologies LLC, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support except as required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under Apple's applicable App Store terms or consumer protection laws.
