Privacy Policy for Baby Shower Thank You Tracker
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
Baby Shower Thank You Tracker ("the App") is developed and published by Stable Barn Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used and stored, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
An account is required to use the App. Depending on the sign-in method selected, account information may include your email address and authentication-related information.
The App allows you to create and store information including:
Your name, partner's name, baby's name or nickname, and due date.
Baby shower event information.
Gift descriptions, categories, values, and related details.
Gift-giver names and contact information, including mailing addresses.
Thank-you note drafts, messages, and completion statuses.
Gift storage locations, return and exchange information.
Application preferences and other information you voluntarily enter.
The App does not request access to your device's contacts, camera, photo library, or precise location.
2. How Information Is Stored
User-created records are stored in a cloud database provided by Base44 and associated with your account.
This allows your records to remain available when you close and reopen the App, provided you have an internet connection and can access your account.
The App is not designed as an offline-only or device-local storage application.
Uninstalling the App does not, by itself, delete your account or cloud-stored records.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information is processed to:
Authenticate your account.
Organize baby shower gifts and gift-givers.
Track thank-you notes and their completion status.
Manage events, storage locations, and returns.
Provide the App's optional AI thank-you note generator.
Maintain the functionality and security of the App.
Respond to support requests.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or use your gift and guest records for advertising.
4. Optional AI Thank-You Note Generator
The App includes an optional AI-powered feature that helps draft personalized thank-you messages.
When you use this feature, relevant information such as gift descriptions, the selected relationship, preferred tone, and selected writing options is transmitted to an AI service made available through Base44.
The gift-giver's name is not intentionally included in the information submitted by the generator.
The generated message is returned for your review and editing. It is saved as a thank-you record only when you choose to save it.
Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into the generator that is not necessary to create your message.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following services:
Base44: Application hosting, account authentication, cloud database storage, and AI-assisted thank-you note generation.
Google: Optional Google account authentication, where selected, and delivery of Google Fonts.
Apple: App Store distribution and processing of App Store purchases.
These providers may process information necessary to deliver their respective services, including standard technical information associated with network requests.
We do not currently use advertising networks, behavioral advertising trackers, or third-party marketing analytics within the App.
6. Information Sharing
Your gift, guest, event, and thank-you records are associated with your account and are not published publicly.
We may disclose information to service providers as necessary to operate the App, or where required by applicable law.
We do not sell user records to advertisers or data brokers.
7. Data Security
We use the security capabilities provided by our application and hosting services to help protect account information and stored records.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Your account and associated records remain stored while your account is active, unless you delete individual records or request account deletion.
You can edit or delete individual records within the App.
To permanently delete your account and its associated application records, navigate to:

Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the account and associated application records and cannot be undone.
