These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Did I Post It? mobile application (“Did I Post It?” or the “App”), provided by Stable Barn Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Did I Post It?, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of Did I Post It?

Did I Post It? is a personal content-organization tool designed to help creators keep track of:

  • Content they have created

  • Platforms where they have posted content

  • Platforms where they may still want to use content

  • Posting dates

  • Content categories

  • Repurposing opportunities

  • Evergreen content

  • Seasonal content

  • Content ideas

  • Notes

  • Links

  • Other creator-related organizational information

The App is intended as an organizational tool only.

2. No Account Required

Did I Post It? does not require users to create an account, username, or profile to access its standard functionality.

Because no account is required, information stored locally on your device may not automatically synchronize with or transfer to another device.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of information you consider important.

3. App Purchase

Did I Post It? may be offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store.

The App is not intended to require a recurring subscription or separate in-app purchase for its standard functionality.

App Store purchases, billing, refunds, and related transactions are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable policies and terms.

4. User Content

You may enter or store information within Did I Post It?, including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Thumbnails

  • Links

  • Notes

  • Content ideas

  • Posting information

  • Platform information

  • Repurposing ideas

  • Other information

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content and information you enter, create, publish, or reuse complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of another person or organization.

5. Manual Posting Records

Did I Post It? relies primarily on information entered by you.

When the App indicates that content has been posted to a platform, that status reflects information recorded within the App.

Did I Post It? does not independently guarantee or verify that:

  • Content was successfully published

  • Content remains publicly available

  • A post has not been removed

  • A post complies with platform rules

  • A post is eligible to be reposted

  • Content may legally be reused

You are responsible for verifying your actual posting history when necessary.

6. Repurposing Content

Did I Post It? may help you identify content that you have marked as available for repurposing or that has not been marked as posted to certain platforms.

These features are organizational suggestions based on information you have entered.

The App does not determine whether content should be reposted or whether reposting is permitted by applicable law, contracts, brand agreements, music licenses, platform rules, or third-party rights.

You are responsible for determining whether you have the right to reuse or republish content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of original content you create.

Did I Post It? does not grant you rights to third-party content, music, photographs, videos, trademarks, graphics, sounds, or other intellectual property.

If you use third-party material in your content, you are responsible for obtaining any rights or permissions that may be required.

Saving a reference, link, screenshot, or note within Did I Post It? does not grant permission to copy, publish, distribute, monetize, or otherwise use third-party material.

8. Social Media Platforms

Did I Post It? is an independent content-organization application.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Did I Post It? and Stable Barn Technologies are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, Threads, LinkedIn, X, or other platforms referenced within the App.

All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Platform Rules

Social media platforms maintain their own rules concerning:

  • Content

  • Copyright

  • Music

  • Reposting

  • Duplicate content

  • Advertising

  • Sponsorship disclosures

  • Affiliate content

  • Community standards

  • Monetization

  • Other activities

You are responsible for complying with the applicable rules of each platform on which you publish content.

Did I Post It? does not guarantee that content suitable for one platform is permitted or appropriate on another.

10. Advertising and Sponsorship Disclosures

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements relating to advertising, endorsements, affiliate relationships, gifted products, sponsorships, and paid content.

Did I Post It? does not determine when or how disclosures such as “ad,” “sponsored,” “affiliate,” or “gifted” are required.

11. External Links

Did I Post It? may allow users to save or open links to social media posts, websites, products, or other third-party resources.

Stable Barn Technologies does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, content, products, security, availability, or policies.

Accessing third-party services is at your discretion.

12. Creator Responsibility

You remain responsible for:

  • Content you create

  • Content you publish

  • Accuracy of posting records

  • Platform selection

  • Copyright compliance

  • Trademark compliance

  • Music licensing

  • Sponsorship disclosures

  • Brand obligations

  • Platform rules

  • Content reuse

  • Statements or claims made within your content

Did I Post It? does not review or approve content before publication.

13. No Professional Advice

Did I Post It? is an organizational application.

Nothing within the App constitutes:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

  • Business advice

  • Marketing advice

  • Copyright advice

  • Regulatory advice

You should obtain appropriate professional advice when necessary.

14. No Guarantee of Creator Results

Stable Barn Technologies does not guarantee that using Did I Post It? will result in:

  • Increased followers

  • Increased views

  • Increased engagement

  • Increased revenue

  • Brand partnerships

  • Viral content

  • Improved platform performance

  • Monetization

  • Business growth

Results depend on factors outside the App's control.

15. Data Loss

Although Did I Post It? is designed to provide reliable organizational functionality, data loss may occur because of:

  • Device failure

  • Device loss

  • App deletion

  • User deletion

  • Operating-system changes

  • Software errors

  • Other circumstances

Stable Barn Technologies does not guarantee that locally stored information can be recovered.

Users should maintain separate copies of information they consider important.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Did I Post It? to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual-property rights

  • Facilitate fraudulent or malicious activity

  • Store or distribute unlawful content

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the App

  • Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law

  • Misrepresent your relationship with Stable Barn Technologies

17. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features of Did I Post It? from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the App will remain compatible with every device or operating-system version.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Did I Post It? is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every user's particular needs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stable Barn Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to use of Did I Post It?.

This may include losses relating to:

  • Lost or corrupted data

  • Posting errors

  • Duplicate posts

  • Missed posting opportunities

  • Content removal

  • Platform penalties

  • Copyright or licensing issues

  • Brand relationships

  • Lost revenue

  • Social media performance

  • Third-party services

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

20. Termination of Use

You may stop using Did I Post It? at any time.

You may delete locally stored information using the Delete All App Data feature and may remove the App from your device.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict use when reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, or address misuse.

21. Apple App Store

If you download Did I Post It? through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple terms and conditions.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Did I Post It? except as required under Apple's applicable terms or applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date above will be revised.

Continued use of Did I Post It? after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
