Celebration Central Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Celebrations Central mobile application (“Celebrations Central” or the “App”), provided by Stable Barn Technologies. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of the App
Celebrations Central is a personal organization and planning application designed to help users organize holidays, celebrations, people, gifts, budgets, lists, memories, traditions, recipes, inspiration, and related information.
Use of the App
You may use Celebrations Central for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for information you enter into the App and for ensuring that you have the right to store information relating to other individuals.
Purchase
Celebrations Central may be offered as a one-time paid download through Apple's App Store. Purchases, billing, and applicable refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
No Subscription or In-App Purchases
Celebrations Central does not require a recurring subscription and does not offer in-app purchases for its standard functionality.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the information and content you enter into Celebrations Central. Your App content is stored locally on your device rather than in a Stable Barn Technologies cloud database.
You are responsible for maintaining any backups you wish to retain. Removing the App, erasing its data, losing access to the device, or certain device/software events may result in loss of locally stored information.
Third-Party Information
You are responsible for information you choose to record about family members, friends, vendors, gift recipients, or other individuals and for using that information appropriately and lawfully.
App Availability and Updates
Stable Barn Technologies may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features of Celebrations Central. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Disclaimer
Celebrations Central is provided for personal planning and organizational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Stable Barn Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or preservation of locally stored data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stable Barn Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or loss of information stored in the App.
Apple
These Terms are between you and Stable Barn Technologies, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Celebrations Central or its content. Your use of the App is also subject to applicable App Store terms and policies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
