PR Closet Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PR Closet mobile application (“PR Closet” or the “App”), provided by Stable Barn Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using PR Closet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of PR Closet

PR Closet is a personal organizational tool designed to help content creators organize information relating to:

• PR packages

• Gifted products

• Brand relationships

• Creator collaborations

• UGC projects

• Affiliate products

• Content requirements

• Deliverables

• Deadlines

• Product experiences

• Brand contacts

• Payments

• Usage rights

• Content ideas

• Other creator-related information

PR Closet is intended to help users organize information they choose to enter into the App.

2. No Account Required

PR Closet does not require users to create an account or username to access its standard functionality.

Because no PR Closet account is required, information stored locally on your device may not automatically synchronize with or transfer to another device.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of important information.

3. App Purchase

PR Closet may be offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store.

The App is not intended to require a recurring subscription or separate in-app purchase for its standard functionality.

Purchases, billing, refunds, and related App Store transactions are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable policies and terms.

4. User Content

You may enter or store information within PR Closet, including text, images, links, notes, contact information, collaboration details, payment records, and other information (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information you enter into the App.

You are also responsible for ensuring you have the right to store or use information relating to other people or organizations.

5. Gifted Products and PR

PR Closet may allow users to distinguish between products such as:

• Gifted products with no content requirement

• Gifted products where content is requested

• Gifted products where content is required

• Paid collaborations

• Affiliate products

• UGC products

• PR samples

• Other creator arrangements

PR Closet does not determine whether you are legally required to create content for a product.

Receiving a product does not, by itself, mean PR Closet has determined that you have a posting obligation.

You are responsible for understanding the terms of any arrangement between you and a brand, agency, or other party.

6. Brand Agreements and Deliverables

PR Closet may help you record deadlines, deliverables, posting requirements, campaign information, or other terms.

The App does not verify that this information accurately reflects a contract or agreement.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with agreements you enter into with brands, agencies, clients, platforms, or other parties.

7. Advertising and Sponsorship Disclosures

Creators are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and disclosure requirements relating to endorsements, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, gifted products, and paid content.

PR Closet does not determine when or how a disclosure such as “ad,” “sponsored,” “gifted,” or another disclosure is legally required.

The App should not be relied upon as a substitute for applicable regulatory guidance or professional advice.

8. Payment Tracking

PR Closet may allow you to manually record:

• Agreed collaboration amounts

• Invoice information

• Payment due dates

• Payment status

• Payment received dates

• Other payment notes

These features are provided solely for organizational purposes.

PR Closet is not:

• An accounting system

• A bookkeeping service

• A bank

• A payment processor

• A payroll service

• A tax-preparation service

PR Closet does not guarantee that payment records entered by users are accurate or complete.

Users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate financial and tax records.

9. Taxes

PR Closet does not provide tax advice.

Products, payments, affiliate income, creator income, gifts, or other compensation may have tax implications depending on your circumstances and applicable law.

You are responsible for determining and satisfying your own tax obligations.

Consult an appropriate tax professional when necessary.

10. Usage Rights

PR Closet may allow users to record information about content usage rights, including:

• Usage period

• Start and end dates

• Organic use

• Paid advertising

• Whitelisting

• Spark Ads

• Website use

• Email use

• Other terms

These features are informational organizational tools only.

PR Closet does not interpret contracts or determine whether a brand has the legal right to use your content.

You are responsible for reviewing your agreements and obtaining legal advice when appropriate.

11. Affiliate Information

PR Closet may allow you to store affiliate links, discount codes, commission notes, or related information.

You are responsible for complying with applicable affiliate-program rules, disclosure requirements, laws, and regulations.

Stable Barn Technologies does not guarantee affiliate earnings or results.

12. Brand Contact Information

You may voluntarily store information regarding brand representatives or other contacts.

You are responsible for using and storing this information appropriately and in accordance with applicable law.

PR Closet does not independently verify contact information entered by users.

13. Social Media Platforms

PR Closet is an independent application.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PR Closet and Stable Barn Technologies are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, Amazon, or other third-party platforms or brands referenced within the App.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14. Intellectual Property

PR Closet may allow you to save images, links, campaign references, product information, or other third-party materials for organizational purposes.

Saving information within PR Closet does not grant ownership or usage rights to third-party intellectual property.

You are responsible for respecting copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, and other intellectual-property rights.

15. External Links

PR Closet may allow users to save and open external links.

Stable Barn Technologies does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, platforms, content, security, availability, policies, or practices.

Use of third-party services is at your discretion.

16. Reminders and Deadlines

PR Closet may provide optional reminders relating to deadlines, payments, expected packages, usage rights, or other dates entered by users.

Reminders are provided as a convenience only.

We do not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered or received at any particular time.

You remain responsible for independently monitoring contractual obligations, deadlines, payments, usage rights, and other important dates.

Do not rely solely on PR Closet for time-sensitive contractual or financial obligations.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PR Closet to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Facilitate fraud or deceptive practices

• Infringe intellectual-property rights

• Store or distribute unlawful material

• Misuse another person's personal information

• Interfere with the security or operation of the App

• Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law

• Misrepresent your relationship with Stable Barn Technologies

18. No Professional Advice

PR Closet is an organizational application.

Nothing within the App constitutes:

• Legal advice

• Tax advice

• Accounting advice

• Financial advice

• Business advice

• Contract interpretation

• Regulatory advice

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

19. No Guarantee of Creator Results

Stable Barn Technologies does not guarantee that using PR Closet will result in:

• More PR opportunities

• Brand partnerships

• Increased income

• Increased followers

• Increased engagement

• Affiliate sales

• Sponsorships

• Creator growth

• Business success

Results depend on numerous factors outside the App's control.

20. Data Loss

Although PR Closet is designed to provide reliable organizational functionality, locally stored data may be lost because of device failure, deletion, operating-system changes, software errors, device loss, removal of the App, or other circumstances.

Stable Barn Technologies does not guarantee that locally stored data can be recovered.

Users should maintain separate records of important contractual, financial, tax, or business information.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PR Closet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every user's particular needs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stable Barn Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to use of PR Closet.

This may include losses relating to:

• Lost or corrupted data

• Missed deadlines

• Missed payments

• Brand relationships

• Content obligations

• Affiliate earnings

• Contract disputes

• Usage rights

• Lost creator opportunities

• Third-party services

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

23. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features of PR Closet from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the App will remain compatible with every device or operating-system version.

24. Termination of Use

You may stop using PR Closet at any time.

You may delete locally stored information using the Delete All App Data feature and may remove the App from your device.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict use when reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, or address misuse.

25. Apple App Store

If you download PR Closet through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple terms and conditions.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for PR Closet except as required under Apple's applicable terms or applicable law.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date above will be revised.

Continued use of PR Closet after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
