Welcome to Wishlily, a personal wellness, affirmation, manifestation, gratitude, and journaling application developed by Stable Barn Technologies.

Your privacy matters to us. Wishlily is designed to provide a personal space for reflection, inspiration, goal setting, and self-expression without requiring an account or transmitting your personal journal content to our servers.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Wishlily.

2. Information You Create

Wishlily allows you to create and manage personal content, which may include:

• Affirmations and favorites

• Wishes, goals, milestones, and intentions

• Vision boards and personal images

• Gratitude entries and journal reflections

• Scripting journal entries

• 3-6-9 manifestation exercises

• Monthly reflections and resets

• Personalized affirmation cards

• Personal "Open When..." letters and envelopes

• App preferences and activity information

This information is intended to remain stored locally on your device.

Stable Barn Technologies does not require you to provide a name, email address, or account to use Wishlily.

3. Information Collection

Wishlily is designed not to collect or transmit your personal journal entries, affirmations, wishes, vision board images, goals, or other user-created content to Stable Barn Technologies.

The app does not include advertising, third-party behavioral analytics, or user profiling.

Certain technical requests may be made to the underlying application platform to retrieve public application settings or enable app functionality. These requests are separate from your personal Wishlily content.

4. Local Storage

Wishlily uses device-based storage technologies, including localStorage and IndexedDB where applicable, to save your information.

Your information generally remains available between app sessions unless you delete it, clear the app's storage, uninstall the application, or the operating system removes its stored data.

Local device storage is not the same as cloud synchronization. Information may not automatically transfer to another device.

5. Photos and Vision Boards

If you choose to add images to journal entries, vision boards, or other supported features, Wishlily processes and stores those images locally.

Images are not intentionally uploaded to Stable Barn Technologies servers.

Any device permission requested for photo access is used to support the feature you choose to use.

6. Backup and Restore

Wishlily may allow you to manually export and restore your information, including supported locally stored images.

Backup files may contain private reflections, journal entries, goals, and photographs.

Backups are not encrypted by Wishlily unless explicitly indicated in the application.

You are responsible for securely storing backup files and controlling where you save or share them.

An exported backup may continue to exist outside the application even after you delete your Wishlily data.

7. Sharing Content

Certain Wishlily features may allow you to share an affirmation card or other content through your device's native sharing options.

Sharing is initiated by you.

Once information is shared with another application or recipient, the privacy practices of that destination may apply.

8. Notifications

If Wishlily offers optional device notifications, those features may require permission from your device.

You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

Wishlily does not require notifications to access its core features.

9. Third-Party Services

Wishlily does not require social media accounts or third-party account connections.

The application may rely on technical services provided by its application framework and mobile operating system.

External websites, including our support and legal pages, operate separately from locally stored Wishlily content.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

You control the personal content stored within Wishlily.

You may edit or delete supported entries within the application.

Wishlily also provides a Delete All App Data function intended to remove its locally stored user content and preferences.

Deleting app data does not automatically delete exported backup files, screenshots, or information you previously shared outside Wishlily.

Uninstalling the application may also remove locally stored information. We recommend exporting a backup before uninstalling if you wish to preserve your content.

11. Data Security

Wishlily is designed to minimize data transmission by storing personal content on your device.

The app does not independently guarantee encryption of locally stored information or exported backups.

We recommend protecting your device with a passcode, Face ID, or other available security controls.

No storage method can guarantee absolute security or permanent preservation of data.

12. Children's Privacy

Wishlily is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through user accounts or personal-content uploads.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of applications as appropriate.

13. Wellness Disclaimer

Wishlily provides affirmations, reflection tools, relaxation exercises, and manifestation activities for personal inspiration and general wellness.

Wishlily is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare services.

Personal reflections and affirmations are not substitutes for professional advice or treatment.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in application functionality, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
