Polish Pocket Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Polish Pocket mobile application (“Polish Pocket” or the “App”).

By downloading or using Polish Pocket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About Polish Pocket

Polish Pocket is a personal nail organization and planning application.

The App may allow users to organize information such as nail polish collections, products, inspiration, nail sets, press-on nails, appointments, salons or nail technicians, expenses, routines, journal entries, nail sizes, contacts, photos, and other related information.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Polish Pocket does not require a user account or login.

You are responsible for your use of the App and for maintaining the security of the device on which Polish Pocket is installed.

3. One-Time Purchase

Polish Pocket is offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store.

There are no recurring subscriptions or in-app purchases associated with the App unless clearly disclosed in a future version.

Purchases, refunds, billing, and payment processing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and policies.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information, photos, notes, journal entries, and other content you add to Polish Pocket.

By using the App, you represent that you have the right to use any content you add and that your use of that content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Polish Pocket does not claim ownership of your user-created content.

5. Local Storage and Data Loss

Polish Pocket stores user-created App content locally on your device rather than maintaining a cloud account or cloud copy.

You acknowledge that locally stored information may be lost due to circumstances including:

• Deleting or reinstalling the App

• Loss, theft, damage, or replacement of your device

• Device resets

• Operating-system or storage issues

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for maintaining any backups you consider necessary.

We cannot restore locally stored information that is no longer available on your device.

6. Deleting App Data

Polish Pocket provides a Delete All App Data function for erasing locally stored App information.

Deletion may be permanent and may not be reversible.

Because Polish Pocket does not provide user accounts or maintain cloud copies of your App content, we generally cannot recover information after it has been deleted from your device.

7. Appointments, Expenses, and Other Information

Polish Pocket is an organizational tool.

Information stored in the App regarding appointments, expenses, products, nail care, salons, nail technicians, routines, or other subjects is provided or entered for organizational purposes only.

You are responsible for verifying important information independently when appropriate.

8. Nail Care and Health Information

Polish Pocket is not a medical or healthcare service.

Any nail-care organization, routines, journal information, or similar features are provided for personal organizational purposes and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult an appropriate qualified professional regarding medical or health concerns.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

Polish Pocket may allow you to save or access links to third-party websites, products, businesses, or services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

Your interactions with third parties are between you and the applicable third party.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Polish Pocket, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its underlying systems, reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

Polish Pocket, including its original design, branding, graphics, software, text, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to the App's developer and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Polish Pocket or our intellectual property to you.

12. Availability and Updates

We may modify, improve, update, or discontinue features of Polish Pocket from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or operating-system version, or available indefinitely.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polish Pocket is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Polish Pocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of locally stored data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

15. Apple App Store

If you download Polish Pocket through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and the developer of Polish Pocket, not Apple.

• Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting Polish Pocket except as required by applicable law.

• Apple is not responsible for claims relating to your possession or use of the App except as required by applicable law.

• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of the App obtained through the App Store.

Your use of Polish Pocket must also comply with applicable Apple App Store terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or our practices.

The Effective Date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently updated.
