Creator Sidekick Privacy Policy

Stable Barn Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Creator Sidekick mobile application (“Creator Sidekick” or the “App”).

Creator Sidekick is designed to provide a simple and private way for content creators to organize content ideas, filming plans, shot lists, B-roll ideas, hooks, inspiration, and related creator information.

1. Information We Collect

Creator Sidekick does not require you to create an account, username, or profile to use the App.

We do not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, social media credentials, or other identifying information to use the App.

The App may allow you to voluntarily enter or save information such as:

• Content ideas

• Shot lists

• B-roll ideas

• Hooks

• Notes

• Content plans

• Audience questions or comments

• Saved inspiration

• Preparation lists

• Categories and tags

• Links or URLs

• Reference images or screenshots

• Other information you choose to enter

This information is provided voluntarily by you for your own organizational purposes.

2. Local App Data

Creator Sidekick is designed to store user-created content locally on your device whenever possible.

Stable Barn Technologies does not use your locally stored creator information to build advertising profiles, sell information about you, or monitor your social media activity.

Because the App does not require an account, locally stored information may not automatically transfer to another device and may not be recoverable if the App is deleted, the device is lost or damaged, or app data is erased.

Users are responsible for maintaining any copies or backups of information they consider important.

3. Photos and Photo Library Access

Creator Sidekick may allow you to add reference images or screenshots to certain records.

If photo-library access is required, Creator Sidekick will request permission when you choose to use a feature requiring that access.

The App does not require access to your entire photo library for its basic functionality.

Photos selected for use within Creator Sidekick are used only to provide the features you request.

4. Social Media Accounts

Creator Sidekick does not require you to connect your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, or other social media accounts.

The App does not access your social media passwords, private messages, followers, account analytics, or social media credentials.

If you voluntarily save a URL or reference to third-party content, that information is stored for your organizational use.

Creator Sidekick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. External Links

Creator Sidekick may allow users to save or open links to websites, social media posts, products, or other third-party resources.

Stable Barn Technologies does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their privacy practices, security, availability, or content.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services.

6. Advertising and Tracking

Creator Sidekick does not contain third-party advertising.

We do not use your Creator Sidekick content for behavioral advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Creator Sidekick is not designed to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

7. Purchases

Creator Sidekick may be offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store.

Creator Sidekick does not require a subscription or in-app purchase to access its standard functionality.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Stable Barn Technologies does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's own policies.

8. Permissions

Creator Sidekick is designed to request only permissions reasonably necessary for features you choose to use.

For example, the App may request access to your photo library if you choose to attach a reference image.

You may manage application permissions through your device settings.

Certain optional features may not function if the related permission is disabled.

9. Children's Privacy

Creator Sidekick is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through account registration because Creator Sidekick does not require users to create accounts.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

10. Data Retention

Information stored locally within Creator Sidekick generally remains on the user's device until the user edits or deletes it, deletes all App data, removes the App, or the information is otherwise removed through device or operating-system processes.

Because Creator Sidekick does not require an account, Stable Barn Technologies may not possess a server-side copy capable of restoring locally deleted information.

11. Deleting Your Data

Creator Sidekick provides a Delete All App Data option within the App's Settings.

Using this feature permanently deletes locally stored Creator Sidekick information controlled by the App.

This may include content ideas, shot lists, B-roll records, hooks, inspiration, notes, images or image references, preferences, and other locally stored information.

Deletion may be irreversible.

Creator Sidekick does not require account creation; therefore, there is no Creator Sidekick user account that must be separately deleted.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to design Creator Sidekick with privacy and security in mind.

However, no device, software application, storage system, or electronic method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device, including appropriate device passcodes and other security protections.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Creator Sidekick, applicable requirements, or our practices.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be revised.

Continued use of Creator Sidekick after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
